Correction

Fleck T, Moidl R, Blacky A, Fleck M, Wolner E, Grabenwoger M, Wisser W. Triclosan-coated sutures for the reduction of sternal wound infections: economic considerations. Ann Thorac Surg 2007;84:232-6.

After publication of the above-referenced article in the July 2007 issue of The Annals, Dr Tatjana Fleck wrote to correct that Vicryl, not Vicryl Plus, sutures were used for the closure of the sternal incision in the conventional group ("Material and Methods" section) at a cost of $21 (U.S.) per patient ("Results" section).
