An error was made in our recently published case report entitled "Severe Deformity of a Palmaz-Schatz Stent After Normal Surgical Manipulation."

The second paragraph of the introduction reads "In December 1985, a 65-year-old man with a history of hypertension and insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus was seen in consultation." This sentence should read "In December 1995, a 65-year-old man with a history of hypertension and insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus was seen in consultation."

We realize that this is a minor error; however, to maintain the accuracy of The Annals and our communication, we bring it to your attention.
