To the Editor:
I read with interest the case report by Beiras-Fernandez and colleagues [1].
This case report reveals one more time how challenging it is to operate on patients with acute coronary syndrome and IIB–IIIa receptor antagonist infusion, such as tirofiban hydrochloride, because of the risk of profound bleeding
