The article by Sadiq and colleagues [1] presents the topic of correction of tetralogy of Fallot in the grown-up population. The reported hospital mortality of 7%, and the causes of early death-bleeding complications in 3 patients, and multiorgan failure in 1 patient are in line with current literature.
