DR ROBERT J. CERFOLIO (Birmingham, AL): I enjoyed your paper very much and I want to get just a couple of opinions about an alternative method. It seems that you are not doing any sclerotherapy in this group of patients. Is that correct?

DR PUTNAM: Yes.
