DR THOMAS M. EGAN (Chapel Hill, NC): I really enjoyed your presentation, and I think the data are very interesting. Did you have enough benign lesions to look at the gradation in benign lesions, that is, which benign lesions were more likely to have a higher SUR versus a lower SUR? One of the problems that we frequently encounter in trying to establish a malignant diagnosis of a cavitary lesion, for example, is that you may just get necrotic tissue back on a needle, and sometimes these turn out to be infectious processes.
