To the Editor:

We read with interest the article by Bharucha and colleagues [1] on the impact of multiplanar review (MPR) of the three-dimensional (3-D) echocardiographic data on management of congenital heart diseases. The authors conclude that it is feasible and that it provides additional information that substantially alters clinical management in many patients. The feasibility of MPR is equivalent to acquisition of 3-D data and that has already been proven [2].
