To the Editor:
We have read with great interest the description of technical tricks to facilitate totally endoscopic major pulmonary resections by Dr Gossot [1], and we would like to add to the discussion. The author referred to a totally endoscopic approach in which only endoscopic instruments and video display are used (complete video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery [VATS]). However, we have comments regarding the authors' surgical indication and approach.
