A 17-day-old neonate was referred for cardiovascular computed tomographic scan to rule out a possible aortic coarctation. Previous transthoracic echocardiography revealed partial atrioventricular canal defect with enlarged and hypertrophic right ventricle, right atrial dilatation, and normal left chambers.
