The authors [1] are to be congratulated for their invaluable report regarding the post-Ross rhythm issue. There has been enthusiasm for this particular procedure, but we can not deny that this is extensive surgery. Whenever choosing this attractive procedure, clinicians should precisely know the scientific truth. Apart from huge benefits, there are downsides.
