To the Editor:
We read with interest the study by Potaris and co-workers [1] reporting their 17-year experience with lung cancer in heart transplant recipients.We agree with the consideration that smoking history is the major risk factor for lung cancer and that acceptable survival is observed only in early stage cancer.
