Late renal cell carcinoma metastasis to the left ventricular outflow tract

Cardiac metastases from renal cell carcinoma are extremely rare. We report a case of late renal cell carcinoma metastasis to the left ventricular outflow tract, presenting more than 20 years after nephrectomy and successfully treated by total excision.
