Mycotic aneurysms of the coronary artery are rare. We report the case of a
mycotic aneurysm of the left anterior descending artery. Surgical treatment
consisted of simultaneous resection of the aneurysm and revascularization
using a venous graft. Thirteen cases of mycotic aneurysms of the coronary
arteries have been reported in the literature, and we review these cases.
