Modified fontan operation with reconstruction of the nonconfluent pulmonary artery

A modification of the Fontan operation for tricuspid atresia with a nonconfluent pulmonary artery after a Glenn shunt is reported. Confluence was established posteriorly using an inverted right atrial flap and anteriorly with a xenopericardial patch.
