J Pirk, J Fabian and J Kovac
We describe reconstruction of an anomalous origin of the left coronary
artery from the pulmonary artery. The right internal iliac artery was used
to create the trunk. The procedure was carried out using extracorporeal
circulation during normothermia with a beating heart.
