Traumatic pseudoaneurysm of left internal mammary artery graft

Traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the left internal mammary artery was recognized as a possible causal factor in the early recurrence of angina in a 51-year-old man. This patient underwent raoperation for revascularization with the left internal mammary artery graft in situ.
