Truly flexible D-shaped autogenous pericardial ring for mitral annuloplasty

Fashioning and use of a truly flexible D-shaped autogenous pericardial ring for mitral annuloplasty is described. This ring is economical, devoid of problems of prosthetic material, and custom built. It is also adjustable.
