Primary pulmonary cryptococcosis presenting as a superior sulcus tumor

A patient underwent resection of a superior sulcus tumor after an extensive
workup was nondiagnostic. Postoperatively, primary pulmonary cryptococcosis
was diagnosed. Management of this patient is presented along with a review
of the literature.
