We are rapidly entering into a brave new world of health care. Infinite medical demands have run smack into finite resources. We can't pay for everything but we can spend our limited resources in a much more health-effective way.
We have no other alternative but to devise systems that give us maximum health to our society with our limited resources.
It is time to begin this process.
