A case of emphysematous bullae and right lung cancer is presented. At first, left giant bulls was managed by minithoracotomy and tube drainage combined with bronchofiberoptic bronchial occlusion to preserve the respiratory function. Four weeks later, right lung cancer was successfully resected.
