Treatment of postoperative chylothorax with intrapleural fibrin glue

Two patients with chylothorax after pulmonary resection for lung cancer were successfully treated without thoracotomy by injection oi fibrin glue components into the pleural cavity. This new technique for closing the chylous leak is described.
