Angiocatheter coronary artery reperfusion before cardioplegia for evolving myocardial infarction

A simple reperfusion method using an angiocatheter during total cardiopulmonary bypass before aortic crossclamping is described. This method has been used successfully for catastrophic evolving myocardial infarctions.
