DM Behrendt and A Rocchini
Six infants and small children underwent placement of a porcine valved
apical-aortic conduit for left ventricular outflow tract obstruction. Five
survived operation and continue to do well without evidence of marked
narrowing or valve regurgitation in the conduit. The operative technique is
described.
