DR Judd, KS Vincent, PW Kinsella and M Gardner
The case of a patient who underwent left pneumonectomy at 23 years of age
is described. When he was 54 years old, he required resection of the right
upper and middle lobes. He survived and lived an active life for more than
three years with the right lower lobe as his only lung tissue.
