Patients undergoing coronary revascularization may not have suitable
autologous vessels for coronary artery grafting and therefore may need
vascular prostheses. We present a case report of a patient undergoing
coronary artery bypass with polytetrafluoroethylene vascular grafts.
Follow-up has been 53 months, and the grafts remain patent.
